Delivery and refund policy

Digital delivery

HailBrief reports are digital goods. After successful Stripe checkout, the report is generated and emailed as a PDF to the checkout email address. Reports are also saved for re-download when you create or sign into a HailBrief account using the same email address.

Expected timing

Most reports are delivered in under a minute. Delivery can be delayed by geocoding errors, third-party service outages, email filtering, or temporary weather-data availability issues.

Refunds

If you paid for a report and HailBrief cannot generate or deliver it, contact reports@hailbrief.io and we will refund that order. Because completed reports are delivered digital goods, completed and delivered reports are otherwise non-refundable unless required by law.

Support

For delivery issues, include the checkout email address, property address, approximate order time, and any Stripe receipt or invoice reference you received.
