What we collect

Order and report details: email address, property address searched, date of loss, reference numbers, payment status, and report-generation metadata (timestamps, request parameters). Property addresses you search are geocoded and may be cached to speed up repeat reports.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on HailBrief systems. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

How information is used and shared

We use collected information to generate and deliver reports, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet accounting and legal obligations. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product — hosting, payment processing, geocoding, logging, email delivery, and report storage — and do not sell personal information.

Retention

Order records and generated reports are retained as needed for support, re-delivery, accounting, and legal compliance. Cached geocoding and weather-data records are retained to operate the service.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where applicable law provides those rights (including rights under Texas and other US state privacy laws).
